More often than not pgp.mit.edu search timesout. What service do people use to lookup the PGP key for a given email?
% grep key ~/.gnup/dirmngr.conf

@loic You can also ask the author to publish the key somewhere you know it's him
(his blog, his mastodon bio, ....)
